Organizational Structure: At the top of the structure are the Board of Directors and the Audit and Supervisory Committee. Under their governance, the Representative Director and President oversees 9 administrative departments (including Internal Audit, Sustainability, and Human Resources) and 6 business divisions (including Sales & Marketing, AI Promotion, and Polycrystalline Silicon).
