SUMCO Corporation and its group companies (hereinafter each company shall be referred to as “the Company,” and the group collectively as “the Company Group”) shall strive to protect personal information based on the following policy.

In the event that the purpose of use for acquired personal information is changed, the Company shall notify the individual subject of said information or issue a public announcement.

The Company may jointly use necessary items of the provided personal information with other companies in the Company Group as follows, only when necessary for the purposes of use notified to the individual or publicly announced.

When an individual requests the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their personal information, the Company shall respond within a reasonable scope after confirming that the requester is the subject of the personal information. Complaints regarding the handling of personal information held by the Company should be directed to the department that acquired the relevant personal information.
